My name is Dez. I am an artist of many mediums. I've written one book, "Hydrogen Symphonies". It's a book of poetry. I am working on a second book, and it would be nice to have a muse to convey the words to.

I am the production manager for an entertainment agency, so I do some traveling.

I am deeply into politics, yet free from either party.

I am not religious, but spiritual.

I love movies, I have seen thousands. I often relate moments of my own life, to movies. Maybe that's my creativity.

I am a color of many shades.

I have a very open-minded sense of humor. I am not offended easily. I am a person who loves to laugh. If you're a prude, don't bother.

I love all kinds of music. Everything from Tool to Red Hot Chili Peppers to Johnny Cash to Daft Punk to Kanye West to Slayer to pretty much anything, not so keen on the christian rock and country though.

I love movies, not so keen on the chick flicks, but will tolerate them when I HAVE to watch.

I'm not intimidated by older women, I have dated several. I feel that age is but a number, and that love knows no age.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: I am looking for a relationship. I haven't been serious with anyone in quite some time, and it would be nice to be in that realm again. It would be nice to have someone that has a job, their own set of friends, and be able to bring something to the table. When I say that, I mean someone who can actually talk. I love communication, I love being able to be open with someone, and not have to worry about their judgmental attitudes.

It would have to be something entirely lighthearted. Whether if it would be going for coffee or playing pool. I am ok with movies, but as far as a first date, I want to be able to actually get to know the person I am hanging with. Dinner is ok too, but it seems like the communication is diminished by trying to juggle dinner and conversation. Nature walks are cool too.
